A Special Place

The Magellan Strait Park represents 100 years of local effort for the conservation of natural and cultural heritage by various generations of inhabitants of the Strait.

It is located on a narrow and rocky peninsula of almost 4 kilometers long called Punta Santa Ana.
Its 250 hectares contain 2 National Historic Monuments (MHN) and archeological sites that indicate human presence for thousands of years

The STRAIT OF MAGELLAN PARK is a protected area, managed through a public-private partnership, between a regional consortium and the Ministry of National Assets.
